Shipping policy

REGARDE products

Standard shipping is a flat $8.95 for a checkout of REGARDE products, charged once whatever the size of the order. REGARDE ships to the contiguous 48 United States and the District of Columbia. Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, military addresses and international destinations are not available yet.

How long delivery takes depends on who prepares the item:

  • REGARDE cosmetics are prepared in five to eight business days, then spend two to five business days in transit.
  • NOC and Toronto Lab Wholesale products are prepared and sent by viaGlamour from Toronto, Canada. They are prepared in five to ten business days, including the supplier's weekend carrier pickup, then spend one to five business days in transit.

These are delivery estimates in business days. A parcel from Canada can take longer if customs or the carrier is delayed. Items in one order may arrive separately. A tracking number is sent when each parcel is on its way.

Regarde-labeled cosmetics carry REGARDE on the unit; their carrier labels and return addresses may name the supplier, Cosmetics Nord. NOC and Toronto Lab Wholesale products are sold under those names, not REGARDE's; their parcels and carrier labels may name viaGlamour.

FreezeBreeze shipping terms

Shipping is free on every order — USPS Priority Mail, no minimums, no hidden fees.

Orders ship within 24 hours (Mon–Sat) from Blairsville, Georgia — packed by the founder — and typically arrive in 2–3 business days. You’ll get a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
