Ask plainly.
Answered the same way.
The seven questions that come up before an order, answered without a manoeuvre — and one address for everything they do not cover. No queue and no ticket number, because there is nobody here for a queue to protect.
The questions
Is Regarde open — can I order today?
The catalogue is open to read in full. Ordering is narrower than reading: an object can be bought only where its own page gives you a way to add it to your bag, and anything that cannot be bought says “Currently unavailable” on its face rather than letting you find out at the end. Your bag holds what you set aside, and nothing is charged until you have finished at checkout.
Who is this made for?
Anyone with a face they would like to read as more deliberate. Skin is skin, and a shade is named for the skin it sits on rather than for anyone's category.
Where a thing is cut, sized or shaded for a particular body, its own page says which body — and where the maker has not published something we would need to tell you, the page says that too, instead of guessing on your behalf.
Where do the prices come from?
Every price here is a whole number of dollars. No ninety-nine-cent theatre, because that trick assumes you cannot count. A price is settled before its object is listed and printed on that object's own page; if one moves, the letter says so, and says why it moved.
What is actually in the catalogue?
Every shelf the house keeps — brows, lips, complexion and the skin under it, hair for wave, curl and coil, facial hair, the body, fragrance, the tools, and the shape garments cut for different anatomies. Each page says what the thing is, who it was cut or shaded for, and what its maker has not published.
What can be ordered stands at the top of the catalogue page. Everything below it is named and pictured, and each card there says on its face that the object is not currently available.
Where do you ship, and what does it cost?
Shipping is a flat $8.95, charged once whatever the size of the order, to the contiguous 48 United States and the District of Columbia. Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, military addresses and international destinations are not available yet.
Every parcel is tracked. An order spends days being prepared before the parcel moves at all, and how many depends on what you bought. Preparation and transit estimates for each route are printed on the shipping page. They are counted in business days from the order date; items may arrive separately.
What if it does not suit me?
Send it back within thirty days of delivery and you are refunded in full, including the shipping charge on that order. Opened and used is fine; that is what trying a thing means. The conditions, the one exception and who pays the postage back are on the returns page.
What happens to my email address?
The address you give for the letter is used to write to you about the catalogue, and for nothing else. Never sold, never rented, never traded. One line back to the same address ends it. An address given at checkout also receives the messages about that order. The full terms are on the privacy page.

Updates
The house writes.
Rarely, and only when something changed.
A letter when an object joins the catalogue, when one leaves it, or when a price moves — and nothing in between.
