The sale

The name, the option, the quantity and the price standing in front of you at checkout are the offer, and choosing to pay is the acceptance of it. Prices are in USD. Stripe takes the payment on the house's behalf, and the order is accepted at the moment Stripe confirms that payment and the confirmation page records it — not a minute earlier.

Before an order is dispatched, the house may cancel it and return the money in full: an object may become unavailable, a price may be plainly wrong, a payment may be reversed. What the house will not do is send you something else instead. No other object, shade or size is substituted without your agreement in writing.

Price and payment

The catalogue price is the price of the object. Carriage and any tax collected are shown to you before the payment is confirmed, so the last figure you see is the figure that is charged. No card detail passes through this site or its server; Stripe collects it on its own hosted checkout and keeps it there.

Shipping and returns

Where an order can go, what carriage costs, how long each half of the journey takes and that the parcel is tracked are set out on the shipping page, and that page forms part of these terms.

Returns are accepted for thirty days from delivery, opened or not, and a qualifying return is refunded in full, the shipping you paid included. The single exception, and who carries the return postage, are on the returns page, which also forms part of these terms.

Use of the site

Browse it, share it, order from it, for yourself or for a legitimate business. Do not interfere with checkout, probe private routes, automate abusive volume, or submit payment or delivery details that are not true. The pictures and the writing here are the house's own work and are not yours to sell.

Responsibility and governing law

The house is responsible for supplying what the order names, and for the remedies the shipping and returns pages promise. To the fullest extent Georgia law permits, Regarde is not liable for indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable when the order was placed. Nothing written here limits a liability the law does not allow to be limited, or removes a consumer right the law makes mandatory.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without displacing the consumer protections that apply where you live. Before a claim is filed, write to support@maisonregarde.com. A person reads it, and most things that reach a court could have been settled at that address first.

Effective August 22, 2026. Changes apply forward, never retroactively to an order already accepted.
