The agreement behind the page, the price and the parcel. Short enough to read before ordering; complete enough to govern one.
The agreement
Regarde is operated by All Spectrum LLC. An order is an agreement with that company.
The sale
The product name, option, quantity and price shown at checkout are the offer you accept. Prices are in USD. Payment is taken by Stripe on our behalf. An order is accepted when Stripe confirms payment and the confirmation page records it.
We may cancel and fully refund an order before dispatch if an object becomes unavailable, a price is plainly erroneous, or payment is reversed. We do not substitute another object, shade or size without your written agreement.
Price and payment
The catalogue price is the merchandise price. Any shipping charge and any tax collected are shown before payment is confirmed. No card details pass through this site; Stripe collects and protects them on its hosted checkout.
Shipping and returns
Dispatch is within two business days. The destinations, flat-rate treatment, delivery estimate, tracking and cross-border terms are set out on the shipping page and form part of these terms.
Returns are accepted for thirty days from delivery, opened or not. A qualifying return is refunded to the original payment method in full, including the shipping you paid, under the two stated exceptions and postage terms on the returns page.
Use of the site
You may browse, share and order for personal or legitimate business use. Do not interfere with checkout, probe private routes, automate abusive volume, submit false payment or delivery information, or use the house's photographs and writing as your own commercial material.
Responsibility and governing law
We are responsible for supplying what the order names and for the remedies the shipping and returns pages promise. To the fullest extent Georgia law permits, All Spectrum LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable when the order was placed. Nothing here limits liability that law does not allow us to limit or removes a mandatory consumer right.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without displacing consumer protections that apply where you live. Before filing a claim, write to support@maisonregarde.com so the matter can be read and answered.
Effective August 22, 2026. Changes apply forward, never retroactively to an order already accepted.
