Send it back.
We return the money.
Thirty days from delivery, opened or used, for any reason at all. Send it back and the money comes back.
Returns
Thirty days, opened or not. Used is not the same as unreturnable.
You cannot judge a cream by looking at the pump, so opened and used comes back too.
The terms
- Thirty days from delivery, for any reason, including changing your mind.
- Opened and used is accepted. Send back what is left of it.
- Refunded in full, and the $8.95 you paid to have it shipped is inside that word.
- Return postage is ours on a fault, and yours on a change of mind.
The exception
There is one, and it is named here.
- An item that has been decanted, mixed with something else, or damaged for a reason other than a product or delivery fault is not refundable.
Nothing else is carved out. A shade that turned out wrong on you and a change of mind on the way home are both inside the thirty days.
If something arrives wrong
Broken, leaking, the wrong shade, or not what the page described: write to the desk. A fault is ours, so the postage back is ours too, and the refund is the one the list above describes.
These terms bind the house on every order placed on this site.
An object has to be allowed to fail in your hand and cost us the sale. Thirty days is where that stops being a sentence and starts costing money.
On the recordSending something back does not cost you your say. A refund is never traded for silence.
How long a refund takesThe thirty days are ours to honour. After the refund is issued, the timing belongs to your bank.
If a term here would stop you ordering, say so and it gets changed.

The house writes.
Rarely, and only when something changed.
A letter when an object joins the catalogue, when one leaves it, or when a price moves — and nothing in between.
