What we hold

• A letter to support@maisonregarde.com sits in the house mailbox until a person has answered it.
• What you write in the creator application on the creators page is posted to this store's server and passed straight to that same mailbox. It is never written to the database behind checkout; the order record described next carries no part of it.
• When you choose checkout, Stripe collects the contact, shipping and payment details needed to take payment and deliver the order under Stripe's own privacy terms.
• Our order record keeps Stripe ids, amounts, product lines, refund state and fulfillment state. It does not copy your email, name, street address or card details.
• If you arrived from an OpenAI or ChatGPT ad while measurement is enabled, the click reference and campaign tags that came with you may be kept, for the single purpose of joining what you did here to the ad you came from.

What we never do

• Never sold. Never rented. Never traded or bartered. What is shared goes only to the services that run checkout, carry the parcel, or do the measurement described here.
• No social embed, no external font, no editorial image served from somewhere else. When OpenAI measurement is enabled, its script is the only advertising script these pages load.
• The measurement path carries no customer email, name, phone, street address, card detail, letter to the desk or creator application. Its event, product and attribution fields are described below.

Store measurement

When store measurement is enabled, we record registered source and campaign tags, landing and product views, cart additions, checkout starts and confirmed payments. A random reference in this tab joins these events for up to 24 hours. It is not your name or email. Event records contain product identifiers, quantities and, for purchases, the Stripe order reference and amount. They do not contain contact or card details, full browsing URLs, photographs or face data.

Our reports use a 90-day event window. Older event records are excluded from those reports but remain in the private database pending deletion review; automatic deletion is not enabled. Server attribution sessions stop being used 24 hours after their last update, but their stored records also remain pending deletion review. Operational verification traffic is identified separately from demand. Browser Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control disables this optional store measurement. Clear this tab's session storage to remove its local reference. Order records needed for payment and fulfillment remain separate.

Ad measurement

Where an OpenAI or ChatGPT ad brought someone here, the house may measure what followed: a visit, a product looked at, something set aside in La Boîte, a checkout begun, an order paid. When that is running, those events may go to OpenAI carrying product ids and names, quantities, prices in USD, the page it happened on, an event id, and the click reference if there is one.

Those tags may sit in this browser for thirty days. They are separate from a creator code and do not travel with one. Nothing you write to the desk and nothing in a creator application goes down this path. To see, correct or delete any of it, use the one address below.

Access and deletion

The payment record is Stripe's, and Stripe's own receipt and privacy controls govern it. Everything on this side of the line — see it, correct it, have it gone — is one letter to support@maisonregarde.com. There is no form to fill in and no account to close.

La Boîte and checkout

Setting an object aside in La Boîte writes it to your own browser's storage on the device in front of you. The saved cart stays on your device. When store measurement is enabled, a cart addition also sends its product identifier and quantity as described above. Clearing browser data deletes the saved cart on this device.

A creator's link carries that creator's code in its address. The code is kept beside La Boîte in your own browser's storage for thirty days, so the house can credit whoever sent you. It says nothing about you and identifies nobody; clearing your browser data ends it early.

Choosing checkout sends product keys, variant keys, quantities and — when they are present — the creator code, the ad click reference and the campaign tags, each separately. The server checks all of it against the catalogue and then hands you to Stripe's own hosted checkout. No card detail touches this site or its server at any point.

If any of the above stops being true, it is written here before it takes effect, not quietly afterwards with an old date on it.
