Today the only thing this site collects is an email address you chose to type, and a box kept in your own browser. Here is exactly what happens to both.
What is held, and what is not
Regarde is operated by All Spectrum LLC. The shortest honest version: the box stays here; checkout goes to Stripe.
What we hold
- Email you send to support@maisonregarde.com is held in the house mailbox so a person can answer it.
- When you choose checkout, Stripe collects the contact, shipping and payment details needed to take payment and deliver the order under Stripe's own privacy terms.
- Our order mirror keeps Stripe ids, amounts, product lines, refund state and fulfillment state. It does not copy your email, name, street address or card details.
What we never do
- Never sold. Never rented. Never traded, bartered, or shared with another brand.
- No advertising pixel on this site, no third-party tracker, no social embed, no font, script, or image loaded from anyone else's server.
- No profile built about you, and no attempt to work out who you are.
Access and deletion
Stripe's receipt and privacy controls govern the payment record. For access, correction or deletion requests, write to support@maisonregarde.com.
The box and checkout
Adding an object to the box writes it to your own browser's storage on your own device. It is not sent anywhere, and clearing your browser data removes it.
Choosing checkout sends only product keys, variant keys and quantities to this store's server. The server checks them against the catalogue, then redirects you to hosted Stripe Checkout. Card data never touches this site or its server.
If any of the above stops being true, the change is announced to the list before it takes effect — not published quietly and dated retroactively.
The store pages load every image, style and script from this domain. Stripe appears only after you deliberately choose checkout, as a navigation to its hosted payment page.
On cookiesStore pages set no cookies. Stripe may use cookies or equivalent storage on its hosted checkout under Stripe's policy; those do not become tracking on these store pages.
On writing to the houseThe site opens your own mail application. The message leaves only when you send it, and it goes to the monitored support mailbox named on this page.
Anything unclear here is a fault in the writing, and we would like to know about it.
