People reach Regarde from a creator’s video, and creators are paid to make them. That is not a thing to be admitted under pressure. It is written here, in public, where a contract would normally hide it.
The disclosure, in full
If money moved, it is labelled. Including when the money is ours.
What happens
- A creator may be paid a flat fee, a share of the sales they send, or both.
- The terms are settled in writing before a camera is switched on. They are not reopened afterwards because a video did well, or because it did badly.
- Paid is labelled paid, in the video and in the caption. It is a condition of the work, not a preference we hope people share.
What it never buys
- Not the script. A creator writes their own words and keeps their own edit, and if the object cannot survive that, the object is the problem.
- Not a claim. Nobody is asked to say a figure the house cannot show, and a brief that asks for one is a mistake we want sent back to us.
- Not the record. Someone the house has paid does not write in the customer record, and no notice on this site will ever come from a paid hand.
- Not a takedown. Coverage that goes badly for us stays up.
Your price is unaffected
Arriving from a creator's link changes nothing about what you pay. There is no second version of this site with different numbers on it. The code that travels in that link credits the person who sent you and touches your total at no point.
None of this waits on a review or a campaign. It is the standing arrangement, and there is no second one.
Because a house that asks to be believed about a formula cannot go quiet about its own marketing and expect the first thing to keep working.

Reporting a breachA Regarde placement running without a label, or making a claim the house does not make, is worth an email. We would rather learn it from you than not learn it.
