Most people reach Regarde from a creator’s video. Many of those creators are paid. Here is what that does and does not buy — in public, rather than in a contract.
The disclosure, in full
If money moved, it is labelled. Including when the money is ours.
What happens
- Creators may be paid a flat fee, a share of sales they send, or both.
- Terms are agreed in writing before anything is filmed, never renegotiated after a video performs.
- Every paid placement must be labelled as paid, in the video and in the caption. This is a condition of working with us, not a preference.
What it never buys
- It does not buy the script. Creators write their own words and keep their own edit.
- It does not buy a claim. We will not ask anyone to state a figure we cannot film, and a brief that does is a mistake we want reported.
- It does not buy the record. Paid creators cannot write in the customer record, and no review on this site will ever come from someone we paid.
- It does not buy a takedown. We do not require negative coverage to be removed.
Your price is unaffected
An affiliate link does not change what you pay, and there is no version of this site with a different price on it. Where a creator has a code, the code takes money off your order rather than adding it.
These terms are in force now, and they apply to the first video as much as the fiftieth.
A house that sells on the honesty doctrine cannot make a private exception for its own marketing. This page is the exception being refused, in writing.
