Support Answered by the house

Ask plainly.
Answered the same way.

Eight questions we have actually been asked, and one desk that reads everything else. No queue, no ticket number — there is not enough of us yet for either.

01

The questions

Is Regarde open?

The catalogue is open to browse. Checkout is not open yet. The forty-six-object edit is published, but no order can be placed or charged until the house finishes its supplier proof and connects live Stripe.

Can I buy anything today?

Not yet. La Boîte can hold an edit on your device, but Checkout is disabled and nothing is sent to Stripe. When the live store opens, Stripe will collect payment and the shipping address on its hosted page.

Who is this made for?

Anyone with a face they would like to read as more deliberate. A brow is a brow, and the shade names are matched to skin rather than to anything else.

Where a thing is cut, sized or shaded for a particular body, its page says which body: the shape garments name their cut, and the hair products name the textures they were made for.

Where do the prices come from?

Every price on this site is in whole dollars — no ninety-nine-cent theatre. They are set from the sourcing research the house did before it opened. If one moves, the letter says so and says why.

What is actually in the catalogue?

Forty-six objects on twenty-two shelves — brows, lips, complexion, the skin underneath it, hair for wave, curl and coil, facial hair, the body, fragrance, the tools, and the shape garments, cut for different anatomies. Every page states what the thing is, who it is cut or shaded for, and what the maker has not published.

All of it is on the catalogue page.

Where do you ship, and what does it cost?

The terms every order travels under — destinations, timings and duty — are written out in full on the shipping page, and they are in force as written.

What if it does not suit me?

You send it back and we return your money. The conditions, and the two honest exceptions to them, are on the returns page.

What happens to my email address?

It is used to write to you about the catalogue, and for nothing else. It is never sold, rented, or traded. One click removes it permanently. The full terms are on the privacy page.

Questions, orders and creator work reach the same desk: support@maisonregarde.com. A person reads it.

The letter

The house writes.
Rarely, and only when something changed.

A letter when an object joins the catalogue, when one leaves it, or when a price moves — and nothing in between. What we know and what we do not is written the same way here as it is on the product pages.
